I need integrate plugg.to with system using API

Where a get the credentials for the endpoint https://api.plugg.to/oauth/token returns my token?

I will not use plugins from plugg.to to obtain these credentials, I will create the integration using python and pythonanywhere to run at certain times of the day.

If you need to use a plugin for this, what would it be?
